You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
All content, programs, mentorship, live sessions, and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide is, or should be construed as, financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice, nor a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument. We are not a licensed broker, dealer, financial adviser, or investment adviser. You are solely responsible for your own trading and financial decisions and should consult a licensed professional before acting.
Trading financial markets carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any examples, figures, or results referenced are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee that you will achieve similar outcomes. We do not guarantee any profit, income, or specific result. Your results depend on many factors within your own control, including your effort, discipline, risk management, and market conditions.

Prices for our programs are as stated at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by third-party payment providers, and you authorise the applicable charges. Where a payment plan (such as a split-pay arrangement) is offered, you agree to make all scheduled payments; failure to do so may result in suspension of access until the balance is brought current.
Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. Where a program includes a specific commitment or guarantee (for example, continued support toward a defined outcome), the terms and conditions of that commitment — including any requirement that you complete the work, attend, and participate — will be described to you at purchase and govern that commitment. Any such commitment is not a money-back guarantee.
All Services and materials, including videos, courses, documents, community content, trademarks, and branding, are owned by Skyrix or its licensors and are protected by law. On purchase, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the materials for your own educational use only. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, record, publish, or grant access to the materials to any third party. We may revoke access for any breach.
You agree not to: (a) share your access or materials with others; (b) reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Services; (c) harass, abuse, or harm other members or our staff; (d) post unlawful, misleading, or infringing content in any community; or (e) use the Services for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for violations without refund.
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive communications from us, which may include recurring automated marketing and transactional text (SMS) messages at the number you provide. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any program. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and you can reply HELP for assistance. We may also contact you by email; you can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Services may reference or link to third-party platforms (such as payment processors, communities, brokers, prop firms, or social platforms). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is complete or current.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyrix and its owners, staff, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any trading losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the program giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyrix and its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your trading decisions, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction applicable to Skyrix Consultancy FZE's free-zone registration, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
